Research and Development activities in ORS was started in 1991 with the projects for
improvement of product and process development which are supported by Science and
Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) and European Union (Framework Programme).
Research and Development Center certification was received from the Minister of Science,
Industry and Technology in 2009 allowing the Research and Developmentcenter to be established.
